Conway The Machine Has Dua Lipa In New Album Hype Video

Conway The Machine, a well-known rapper and member of the Griselda crew, recently released a new album called SFK, which dropped last night. The album’s release was much anticipated, and Conway spent the entire week building hype for it. His new album is part of a years-long streak of productivity from the Griselda team, following the release of Benny The Butcher’s long-awaited album, Everybody Can’t Go, just a few months ago.

Conway shared a new video on social media to build up anticipation for his album, featuring him performing, creating new music, and hanging out behind the scenes. One notable moment in the video shows him meeting Dua Lipa, a pop hitmaker who just released her latest album, Radical Optimism, her first album since 2020’s Future Nostalgia. Dua Lipa had a smash hit last year with the song “Dance the Night,” which was part of the Barbie film soundtrack. Although it is unclear how she ended up in the video or if her presence will excite Conway’s fans, it is an interesting crossover nonetheless.

Conway’s new album, SFK, boasts impressive features, including artists such as J.I.D., Ludacris, and 2 Chainz. He has already released a few songs from the album, including “Ten/Rya Interlude,” which features Key Glock and Rya Maxwell. The trio created a full 6-minute song, which is unusually long by rap standards and even longer for a single. The Joey Badass-assisted track “Vertigo” also became an instant fan favourite and has since garnered over 1.5 million streams on Spotify alone. Conway’s fans eagerly await what other surprises are in store for the rest of the album.
