Future Grows His Lanvin Partnership With New “Unapologetic” Clothing Line
American trap icon, Future, has unveiled a second range of products following his collaboration with the French luxury fashion brand, Lanvin, last year.
The Atlanta rapper debuted his second collection under LANVIN LAB on Tuesday, March 5. The brand’s social media profiles claim that it is a lighthearted and unabashed celebration of color, culture, and creativity that blends vintage references, modern sensibilities, and flawless craftsmanship.
On the clothing company’s website, customers may purchase a variety of things from the latest drop, including sweatpants, jackets, shirts, gloves, socks, caps, sunglasses, and shoes. The trap icon debuted his first-ever partnership with LANVIN LAB in November. The unisex collection “emphasizes Future’s love of layering and tailoring, with an impressive flair for accessories,” according to the company website.
The website went on to explain that two symbols repeat as themes in the Future x LANVIN LAB collaboration. A symbol of “courage, majesty and truth as well as a sense of flying high with bird’s eye vision,” the eagle is also included in the Freebandz logo. In contrast, the star is associated with empowerment, protection, and direction.
The Georgia native drew straight from the LANVIN archives for inspiration while designing the inaugural collection, which included a leather jacket with constellation-shaped metallic studs as a distinctive piece.
