Iyanya Addresses Claims That He Slept With A Fan Before Gifting Her An iPhone
Iyanya has responded to a claim made by an internet user that he acknowledged having slept with a woman he met at Davido’s concert before gifting her an iPhone.
The popular Nigerian musician Iyanya has vehemently denied the allegations of an internet user, @ANTIAPE1, who stated that the singer had admitted to having sex with Florence, a woman he met at Davido’s Timeless event, before giving her an iPhone. When the claim appeared on social media, X, Iyanya responded quickly and angrily.
Iyanya expressed outrage at the idea of one lady trying to hurt another and questioned the source of the information on Sunday, March 24, 2024, expressing surprise at the allegation. He continued by asking the internet accuser to provide any proof of the purported admission, especially a video.
Iyanya’s outrage at the baseless charges was evident in his answer, as he angrily rejected any misconduct or anything that would have suggested such behavior.

Still on the subject of trolls, Iyanya in a recent interview revealed that it was actually an internet troll that inspired the name of his latest album, “Once Upon a Cat,” released a couple months ago. After being compared to a “new cat” once before, the singer decided to go with that inspo, which also led him to inviting most of the “new cats” as guest features on the new project.
