Lojay And Jae5 Reveal Their Forthcoming Joint EP, “Loveless”
Nigerian singer Lojay and British musician Jae5 are back with a new project after a successful collaboration on the catchy summer tune “I Wish,” with Libianca. Not only did they collaborate on a new single, but they’re also taking a full-length trip with an EP titled “Loveless.”
Loveless, a joint EP by British artist Jae5 and Nigerian singer Lojay, is scheduled to be released on Friday, March 8, 2024. The project is their debut album together, and fans can’t wait to hear what they have in store. On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, the pair will release the lead track, “Dishonest,” to tease fans for the entire EP.
Dishonest was co-written by Tyler ICU and Sha Sha, two Zimbabwean singers and songwriters, according to an announcement made by Lojay and Jae5. As South African DJ and record producer Tyler ICU is well-known for releasing the successful amapiano tracks Dalie and Mnike, fans anticipate an amapiano-infused release.
For Lojay, 2023 was a fantastic year. With the release of his highly regarded EP Gangster Romantic, he included the massive hit Moto, which received over 28 million plays. He also set out on his maiden Australian tour, enthralling crowds with his sultry vocals and upbeat displays.
Lojay further cemented his status as a rising star by appearing at esteemed gatherings honoring the memory of the late great Fela Kuti, such as The Felabration 2023.
