Odumodublvck Hits A New Career Milestone Across All Streaming Platforms

Odumodublvck, one of the most streamed rappers in Nigeria, just accomplished a new milestone. The rapper, according to stats gathered by a music enthusiast on X (formerly Twitter), has clinched for himself over 500M streams across all streaming services as a lead artist!

Just on Spotify, he has raked in over 180M streams. The rapper got notice of the tweet and retweeted the post, saying nothing else but “LEGACY” his caption, which expresses his fulfilment.

OD, as many would prefer to call him, was also recently recognized with plaques from the Turntable charts for his Eziokwu album. Although Odumodublvck had been making music for a while, his quick ascent to fame began in 2022 when he inked a record contract with NATIVE Records, an alliance with Def Jam.

He made his chart debut on NATIVE RECORDS with his debut single, Picanto, which peaked at number 79 on the Nigeria Top 100 and went on to reach number 65.

In a recent interview with TurnTable Charts, which also features Shallipopi, Odumo revealed that Zlatan helped him gain mainstream fame when the indigenous rapper collaborated on his single “Picanto.”

Additionally, as a thank you for their accomplishment, the two musicians covered the fifth issue of TurnTable Magazine, joining the ranks of artists who have previously done so, including Davido & DMW 2.0, Asake, Lojay, and Chike.
