Kanye & Ty Dolla $ign Set To Reportedly Debut Joint Collabo Project At Italy Concert

According to reports, Ty Dolla $ign and Kanye West are almost done working on their collaborative album, which they want to debut at a major event in Italy later this month. According to Billboard, the California crooner and Chicago rap legend will debut the as-yet-untitled project on October 27 at a location to be announced. According to earlier reports, the event might take place at RCF Arena, formerly known as Campovolo, a 100,000-person outdoor music arena in the northern city of Reggio Emilia. While it hasn’t been verified, it’s also possible that tickets will go on sale in the upcoming days. It’s also unknown if and when the album will be available on streaming sites.

If approved, the event will carry Ye’s tradition of stadium-status album releases, beginning with his 2016 Madison Square Garden debut for The Life of Pablo and his 2021 Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Soldier Field listening parties for Donda. When new music from Ty Dolla $ign and Kanye West was unveiled during a “private listening party” in Italy earlier this month, rumours of an album from the two artists began to circulate. Additionally, the latter performed an unpublished song at a Geneva, Switzerland, nightclub.

According to reports, the joint album by Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign, initially scheduled to be released on October 13, has been delayed and is expected to drop in the forthcoming weeks. The artists are searching for a company to partner with to distribute the album since Kanye’s previous contract with Def Jam, which included G.O.O.D. Music’s partnership ended with the release of his album “Donda” in August 2021. The rap label reportedly distanced themselves from the rapper after his anti-Semitic statements last year. Although the details about the album continue to be kept under wraps, Kanye and Ty Dolla Sign have worked together on various occasions in recent years, including on hit tracks like “Real Friends” in 2016, “Freeee (Ghost Town Pt. 2)” in 2018, and “Everything We Need” in 2019. Kanye also made two guest appearances on Ty Dolla Sign’s 2020 album “Featuring Ty Dolla $ign.”
