Teebillz Faces Backlash Following Post Begging Naira Marley Forgiveness, Renders Apology And Deletes Post
In light of the criticism Naira Marley is receiving in the wake of Mohbad’s passing, Teebillz had pleaded with Nigerians to show forgiveness. However, he deleted the post a few hours later after the public attacked him in the post’s comment section. Filmmaker Tola Odunsi, according to Teebillz, was the one to explain the significance of his post to him.
The ex-husband of Tiwa Savage, Teebillz, had made a heartfelt plea for Nigerians to pardon Naira Marley in response to the outcry following Mohbad’s passing. According to Teebillz, Naira Marley did not intentionally commit the alleged offence. He stated that when the late musician was still alive, the head of Marlian Music provided him with money/spent on him. The talent agent claimed that none of those putting the blame on Naira Marley helped the singer while he was alive. There have been responses to Teebillz’s post regarding Naira Marley.
The talent manager later removed the post when some fans criticized him in the comments section for his position on the issue. He later clarified why he had to remove his initial comment in a subsequent post. He claimed that Tola Odunsi, a filmmaker, was the one who brought attention to the fact that the inquiry was still ongoing and, as such, making such comments on the matter was uncalled for. He apologised and said he had decided to “start minding his business.”
