“Oh yeah, for the first time ever in Vancouver, Astro and The Boy, we in this bitch,”

The song “Meltdown” reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became the most successful track from the album. Drake’s lyrics targeting Pusha T and Pharrell might have contributed to its popularity. Furthermore, Drake and La Flame collaborated on the hit single “Sicko Mode” in 2018, and Scott also performed “FE!N sans Playboi Carti.”

On Monday, August 28, just hours before the first show of his It’s All a Blur Tour was scheduled in Vancouver, Drake announced that the dates were being postponed. The concerts were rescheduled for Tuesday, August 29 and Wednesday, August 30, apparently due to technical and safety issues at the venue.

Before the concert, rumours circulated that Travis Scott would replace 21 Savage for the Vancouver shows. This was after it was revealed in March that the London-born rapper would not be joining the Canadian leg of the tour. While the cause for his absence was not confirmed, there were speculations that it was related to 21 Savage’s immigration problems. In 2019, he was apprehended by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) authorities.

Travis Scott’s fans reported seeing his private jet arrive in Vancouver before his show. The It’s All a Blur Tour will continue until October 9. There are upcoming shows in Las Vegas, Glendale, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami, Nashville, Toronto, and Columbus.

In terms of music news, Drake recently unveiled the cover art for his upcoming album “For All the Dogs.” However, the release date for the album hasn’t been announced yet. On the other hand, Travis Scott is embarking on his Utopia Tour this fall in North America. The tour will start in Charlotte in October and end in Toronto on December 29.
