Victony, Duncan Mighty, And Others Will Appear On Basketmouth’s Upcoming Album, “Uburu”
The release date for the album “Uburu” by the decorated Nigerian comedian, Basket Mouth, has been fixed for this Friday, October 27, 2023. His most recent song, “Party,” featuring Peruzzi, which debuted on October 13, is followed by this thrilling announcement. One that would excite the day-one fans that have followed his releases since 2020’s groundbreaking “Yabasi.”
Two years later, he went on to release another amazing body of work, “Horoscopes,” which also featured some of the best singers and rappers in the game. “Papa Benji,” was one of such songs in which he collaborated with Flavour and the smooth Phyno Fino, as the official soundtrack to his hit comedy series with the same title as the song.
For his latest release, big-name Nigerian entertainers including Falz, Boj, Reminisce, Torrian Ball, Timi Dakolo, Peruzzi, Duktor Sett, Duncan Mighty, Bayanni, Laycon, and Lojay are all scheduled to appear on songs on the album, per Basketmouth’s official announcement. Also included in this fire group of A-list performers is Ghanaian superstar Shatta Wale.
Basketmouth is one man that knows no rest when it comes to his grind, as he just recently announced his Lagos comedy show coming up later next month, to be hosted at the prestigious Eko Hotel and Suites.
