Watch Nasty C Freestyle To Chris Brown And Wizkid’s “Call Me Everyday”

Wizkid had his two cents about rap and hip-hop shared on his Snapchat. In addition to making claims that hip-hop was dead, he did not fail to give a shout-out to his top three rappers in Africa which enlisted Nasty C alongside Ghana’s Sarkodie and Black Sherif. While his comment stirred a lot of dust and in the process made other great rappers in Africa feel belittled, Nasty C would of course feel terrific for the recognition.

The South African rapper performed a freestyle session at American radio station SiriusXM, where he recently spoke about realizing his aim of entering the American market through collaborations. The rapper had laced bars over the Blaise Beats produced instrumentals that had served as the backdrop of Wizkid’s verse, giving a well-placed shout-out to Young Thug’s YSL label.

Wizkid also gave the rapper a shout-out, tweeting at him with all-fire emojis and declaring once in the Instagram comments section of media personality Adesope Olajide that he was the “Best rapper in Africa, period.” Alongside Wiz, many others have applauded the freestyle and are starting to believe a remix to the Chris Brown and Wizkid collab wouldn’t be such a bad idea if Nasty C is brought along. Heck, many are already rooting for it.
