Zinoleesky Finally Speaks Out Regarding The Mohbad And Naira Marley Debacle

Singer Zinoleesky recently discussed why he kept quiet about the controversy regarding Naira Marley, Mohbad, and Marlian music in a new interview following the enormous success of his project “Grit & Lust,” which recently made its debut on the Billboard charts. The artist made this revelation during an interview with City FM.

The Mohbad and Naira Marley saga began in 2022 when Mohbad claimed that Marlian Music members had threatened his life on the orders of Niara Marley. Naira Marley had claimed that Mohbad had spoken while inebriated; this was then refuted by Mohbad, who gave the head of Marlian music a notice of contract termination.

According to Zino, he never felt the need to comment on the matter because he didn’t think it was necessary to defend or explain to anyone on social media. The singer emphasized that this was just him; he gave an example of how, if he were the one having problems, he wouldn’t ever post about it on social media. During the interview, the singer also stated that Mohbad was neither his friend nor an enemy. He explained that they were not that close, just like his other colleagues in the industry.
