The track “LiGhT rAiLs” serves as a creative gathering of Rich Brian and Rick Ross, following their earlier joint effort on “Run It” with DJ Snake, a track that graced the soundtrack of Marvel Studios’ “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.” This latest collaboration showcases their evolving chemistry with playful yet impactful lyrics, set against a backdrop of catchy, high-register vocal loops.
Previously, the 1999 WRITE THE FUTURE collective launched with the track “MiNt cHoCoLaTe,” featuring contributions from BADBADNOTGOOD, Westside Gunn, and Conway The Machine. This release was noteworthy as the inaugural collaboration between the Toronto-based jazz group and the renowned Buffalo rappers.
