BNXN Apologizes For His Snide Remarks On Davido’s Music

Nigerian Afrobeats singer, BNXN, has apologized for his remarks regarding Davido’s artistic ability and musical output in a recent comment. The artist, previously known as Buju, took to social media to respond to a recent tweet published by Dremo, a former DMW signee, criticizing him for his remarks on Davido and the motivation behind them.

The first time BNXN revealed a post, he lashed out a social media user who had commented on one of his recent artist unveilings, labeling the new artist as “mid.” In the same post on the well-known social media network X, formerly known as Twitter, BNXN, which was quoted in Dremo’s article, apologized while acknowledging the comment.

The comments were solely business-related, according to BNXN’s follow-up post.

Some fans, however, are still urging BNXN to publicly apologize to Davido and his supporters and are threatening to ‘cancel’ the singer if their demands are not met. Social media users are debating whether it is appropriate or rude for artists to publicly criticize their colleagues on social media in light of the occurrence.

Furthermore, Davido erased a tweet from a year ago in response to the ongoing Twitter dispute, in which he disclosed that they had worked together on a legendary song. The growing animosity between musicians and their fan bases is exemplified by this social media controversy, sadly.
