Jennifer Lopez’s $25M New York City Penthouse Finally Gets A Buyer 7 Years After Going Up For Sale

It’s finally time for American actress and singer Jennifer Lopez to say goodbye to her penthouse in New York City.

The 54-year-old “Marry Me” singer has finally found a buyer for her $25 million apartment next to Madison Square Park in Manhattan, after it had been up for sale and down for seven years. According to premium real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens, a “contract signed” exists for the troublesome listing.

As of late, $24,990,000 was the asking price for the property with four bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. As reported by the New York Times, Lopez paid somewhat more than $20 million for the property in 2014. Then in 2017, she listed the apartment for about $27 million million.

But at that point, no one was interested in purchasing the apartment, and it has been on and off the market for a number of years. According to Zillow, the singer reduced the asking price of the penthouse to $25 million in March 2019 and then took the listing down completely in October 2021.

In December 2022, it was also available for a five-day period. The 9,500-square-foot home has an indoor/outdoor layout with four individual terraces that offer views of the New York City skyline. In addition, a key-locked elevator, private secured storage, and a doorman are present full-time.
