Khaid Previews His Upcoming Gyakie-featured Collaboration
Nigerian musician Khaid has previewed a new song he’s working on with Ghanaian R&B artist Gyakie.
Utilizing social media, Ghanaian musician, Gyakie, and Nigerian vocalist, Khaid, both hinted at their potential new joint single. For the fast-rising Nigerian star, this would mark his first single of 2024. According to the teaser, on February 9, 2024 is when the song and music video are supposed to hit the public.

Khaid was named “the next generation of stars” for Apple Music not too long ago. In his second EP, Emotions, he offered emotionally driven songs like Jara, People, and Jolie, among others. His first EP, Diversity, explored a range of issues. It is evident how committed to his work Khaid has become as a Nigerian artist.
Before now, the wild rumors that Khaid was dating Phyna, a reality TV personality from Big Brother Naija, caused a great deal of controversy. The 19-year-old musician had posted images of them on social media, looking cute together. Because of the age gap between her and the singer, Phyna received harsh criticism as a result.
