Naira Marley Sues K-Solo And Two Other Actresses For “Defamation Of Character”

Popularly singer and Marlian Records head, Naira Marley, has vowed to sue Nigerian record producer Solomon Oyeniyi, also known as K-Solo, for leveling serious charges against him.

This comes after K-Solo claimed during a recent interview on Channels TV’s “Rubbin’ Minds” program that Naira Marley had a hand in the untimely passing of Mohbad, his former signee.

K-Solo asserted in the interview that Naira Marley was in fact responsible for Mohbad’s demise. Naira Marley’s management also argues that the singer’s reputation has been severely tainted by these claims, which are made in the absence of tangible proof.

Naira Marley, who has constantly denied any role in Mohbad’s untimely death, has consequently requested that K-Solo give evidence to back up his claim. According to Naira’s team, K-Solo and two other actresses started dishing out salty claims against the Marlian record label head, making baseless and false charges.

However, many others have suggested that the actresses subtly referenced in the public statement are Nollywood icons, Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh. This connection stems from their former allegations against Marley and his accomplice, Sammy Larry. The actresses and their names, however, were not included in the statement.
