A week ago, Yo Gotti’s CMG imprint announced the imminent release of a new compilation album titled “Gangsta Art.” We had no idea the project existed until it was announced. Fans were excited to see it drop finally. In case you were thinking it, we also acknowledge the crazy streak CMG has been on this year. They certainly have plans to dominate every space.
The project houses 27 tracks and features contributions from Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, Blac Youngsta, EST Gee, GloRilla, Blocboy JB, Mozzy, Lil Poppa, Big Boogie, Lehla Samia, and 10Percent. It also featured guest contributions from Kodak Black, Coi Leray, BIG30, and more. The album comes just after the signing of rising Memphis rapper, GloRilla. She gained attention following the release of her breakout joint “FNF (Let’s Go).”
The reception for the album has been crazy. No doubt, CMG has been putting in work. Billboard referred to the label as the “hardest working Label in Hip Hop.” We think it’s a title well deserved. Yo Gotti proves over and over again that he’s a leader to emulate.

Summary
With the new “Gangsta Art” album release, it is evident that CMG has been spending a lot of time in the studio cooking up new music. The “hard-working Hip Hop label” presented their artists in the best ways with the new project. CMG is undoubtedly rising to a level where they would no longer need to introduce themselves.
The direction and impressive compilation of the songs also show how much of a visionary Yo Gotti is. The talented emcee and his crew delivered what could be their best work yet. Hip Hop fans will undoubtedly find this entertaining. The production of each song on the album was perfectly done, and as expected, the guest contributors, including Kodak Black and more, brought their A-game. This is the Hip Hop album to hear.
