The new single is just one of several daring new dispatches from IDK this year. He has already released a series of singles that showcase his range, which spans from the jazzy and avant-garde to the hard-hitting, including “Coal,” “Monsieur Dior,” “Free Slime,” and “Drive.” In addition to releasing new music, IDK has been on tour with Pusha-T for the Virginia icon’s It’s Almost Dry tour. During these performances, he has also debuted songs from Simple, his eight-track collaborative project with Grammy Award-winning DJ/producer Kaytranada.

IDK’s impressive 2022 built on a massive 2021, which saw the release of his sophomore LP, USEE4YOURSELF, as well as the launch of his Apple Music 1 radio show, Radio Clue. Additionally, he led a 10-day music business program at Harvard University in collaboration with No Label and partners NIKE, Logitech, GUESS, Brand Jordan, and Converse. In 2022, he extended his existing partnerships and added HBCUs to further his vision for No Label Academy.

This year, IDK is set to make his debut at the Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival in April, marking a major milestone for the multi-faceted artist. While he is no stranger to the festival circuit, his energetic and engaging live performances vibrate at the highest level, and his NPR Tiny Desk performance perfectly captures the energy and heart he puts into each song.

IDK’s dedication to pushing boundaries is readily apparent on “Radioactive.” With its killer hooks and unwavering point of view, the track is just a taste of what’s to come from his sophomore album release later this year. As he continues to experiment and evolve as an artist, it’s clear that IDK is not letting his foot off the gas anytime soon. So buckle up and get ready for the ride.
