Taylor Swift Stalker To Stand Trial But Must Take Psych Evalution Examination First
A judge wants to know if Taylor Swift’s stalker is mentally capable of standing trial; therefore, he is going to have his mental state examined. The man who was arrested outside Taylor’s NYC townhouse several times this month is scheduled to have a psychological examination, according to recent court documents that TMZ was able to gain access to. Arrested on Wednesday on accusations of stalking and harassment is David Crowe, the man who authorities claim has been hanging about Taylor’s NYC home for some time. Following his return to Taylor’s block, he was freed and then arrested once more, two hours later.
On the other hand, Taylor has been in the Big Apple during all of this, though it’s unclear whether she was at home when David was arrested outside. It must be a trying time for her, given the situation. However, she can take solace in the fact that David is in custody and that the legal system is taking the necessary steps to ensure her safety. The trial could be a long and challenging process, but Taylor can hope that justice will be served and the matter will be resolved soon.
