Shatta Wale Asserts That He Is Wealthier Than Both Stonebwoy And Sarkodie
Ghanaian singer, Shatta Wale, caused quite the ruckus at his most recent performance at the Blue Top Villa Hotel in Ghana. Still holding the microphone, Shatta took unexpected swipes at fellow Ghanaian industry colleagues Sarkodie and Stonebwoy, stating boldly that they think they have in riches don’t come anywhere close to his net worth.
During his performance, Shatta Wale went on a lengthy tirade, calling out the other artists and brazenly asserting that he is wealthier than them. He continued by saying that he was able to support himself on the streets by “browsing,” mocking Sarkodie and Stonebwoy for knowing nothing about that life.
Shatta Wale has previously given himself to a number of high-profile conflicts with other singers, picking on his fellow Ghanaian colleagues and sometimes directly throwing shade on Nigerian artists. This time, he decided to take aim at two of Ghana’s most popular musicians, Sarkodie and Stonebwoy.
Why Shatta Wale chose to criticize Stonebwoy and Sarkodie throughout his performance remains unknown. Nonetheless, among the performers’ followers, his remarks have generated a great deal of controversy and discussion.
